Within 14 days after delivery you can exchange every item (also reduced ones) free of charge. Nevertheless, the right to exchange of goods is valid only for unworn, unwashed and flawless articles with etiquettes still fixed. The exchange is possible only for such item that was sent back in accordance with the regulations. To produce a customized item, please contact us by email at kontakt@germandetail.de

Please, note that we can accept an exchange only from the respective supplier country. All returns have to be originated from the same country in which the order was delivered.
